Temporary houses

The city of Córdoba wanted remodeling and enhancement of historiographical space San Pablo block in the center of the city. Within this remodel, a temporary housing are raised by reason of the candidature of the Andalusian capital as European city of culture for visitors and entrepreneurs who are expected to come. The project is located at one end of the block, in a park with a lot of orange trees. This is a raised area from the rest and with the remains of the palace of Orive which remains attached to the program.

Famous patios have great importance in the project idea, so much so that can be summarized, patios, orange and views, according to the existing and the situation. 4 levels make up the project. The lower semi-buried and contains access offices and restaurants, The top simply forms a public and open floor space that provides shelter and views on the new renovated space in the city. The main level houses where residences are distributed under cheered courtyards with orange trees in the area. And the upper level where lie the recreational areas of the residences.
