First steps

The project location near the old factory building Tabacalera offers the possibility of a reorganization of adjacent areas, starting with the traffic, the demolition of old buildings for deterioration associated with the factory and the wall that delimited in its south facade. All this creates a public space to the Glorieta Ambassadors, which seeks the embedding in the building by the middle third, achieving this public space living with the current program of the Social Self-managed center creating a common space of relation between programs.

Current occupation Tabacalera building self-managed by the Social Centre is located in the southern half, covering the largest patio and south, plus external warehouses and south exterior patio.
